I'm new to cycling. Will I get support?
Absolutely. From individual technique tips to talks on nutrition, pedalling ergonomics and the right riding position — with the Be-Happy bike package you benefit from our many years of experience.
Do you offer guided bike tours?
Yes — from a relaxed ride with a swim break and a stop for refreshments to a sporty outing in racing groups. Five ability groups from cappuccino to sport.
Is there your own bike workshop?
Yes, a fully equipped bike workshop with a skilled mechanic team right at the station in the Platja Daurada base hotel.
Can I store my rental bike safely?
A bike space with a separate lock is included in all rental-bike packages — plus the entire Easy-Tours infrastructure.
What should I bear in mind with an e-bike?
We hand over every e-bike serviced and with a fully charged battery, including saddle-height adjustment and an introduction. Support and range vary by model (Power to City).
Is there a breakdown service?
Yes, a full breakdown service for all rental-bike guests — from on-the-spot help to emergency service out on tour, even for day guests. In an emergency we pick you and your bike up.
Where do I find the right bike?
From a pro carbon road bike through gravel and trekking to city and e-bikes — our team sets up the right bike for you on site. You'll find all models under Bike rental.
Can I bring my own bike?
Yes. For your own bike there's the basic and the full-service package, with the same infrastructure and the same services as for rental bikes.
